The Events Team organise occasional events for members of St Ives (Cambs) u3a. Any currently scheduled will appear below - click on the event you are interested in to see more details.
As everything our u3a do is self-funded, the Events will be aiming to cover their costs in the long run and not make any profit. Ideas already suggested for possible future events are exercises, lunches, First Aid training, mentors to develop digital skills, digital inclusion services, picnics, dances - always for members (but people can join to come to our events).

The preferred method for trip (or event) payments is by BACS in order to avoid bank charges on cheques.
When you have a confirmed booking BACS payments can be made to our account as follows:

- Ref: Your u3a membership number and trip (or event) name
If you don’t have access to online banking you can ask your branch to make the payment over the counter using the above details.
If a cheque payment is your only option, cheques are to be made payable to:

Event Cancellations and Refunds
Please note the following:
- All events are to be paid for at the time of or within 24 hours of booking.
- All the events that we organize are costed carefully
- We cannot offer refunds unless we have a waiting list and are able to fill the place.
