The Science Behind the Headlines
Each month we examine a controversial health issue that has appeared in the news media. The topics and news articles are suggested by members of the group. The sessions are relaxed and informal with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion. You can view a list of the topics covered during March – October 2024 by clicking on the link below. This group was launched in March 2024 and has been growing in popularity ever since. We meet in the large seminar room at St Ives Library (next to Waitrose).
