This month we looked at Fenland Saints and Sanctuaries. After a general introduction we concentrated on four saints: St. Wendreda and the parish church dedicated to her in March, St. Etheldreda and Ely Cathedral, St. Guthlac and Crowland Abbey. and finally St. Pega and Peakirk. Although not a Fenland saint we concluded by looking at St. Ivo.
