Rockingham Castle, near Corby, is a former royal castle and hunting lodge in Rockingham Forest, built on the instruction of William the Conqueror. It has been the home of the present owners’ family for 450years.

Join us on a journey through time and explore Rockingham’s 950-year history from fortress and royal palace to family home.

  • Departure from St Ives will be slightly later than usual
  • Coffee and cake on arrival
  • Private guided tour of the castle (split into smaller groups)
  • Lunch (choose from two options)
  • Free time after lunch to explore the gardens and grounds. We have the Castle to ourselves!
  • Gift shop will be open about an hour before the group departs.
