YOUR FIRST STEPS

This handbook will be used by:

• One or more leaders of a new group - see also Checklist for a new group
• New leader of an existing group - see also Checklist for becoming a leader of an existing group
• Established leaders of an existing group, for whom it is intended as a reminder of existing or updated “best practice”.

Where the group or the leader is new, a member of the Group Support Team will be assigned as your “Group Supporter”.  They are usually experienced group leaders who can answer many of your questions.,
