Since St Ives (Cambs) u3a has adopted “Legitimate Interest” as its justification for holding members’ data, we do not require specific consent for this purpose, so the corresponding requirement will no longer appear on membership application forms.

Members’ data are sent outside St Ives (Cambs) u3a only for the distribution of the National Office Magazine, and claiming Gift Aid from HMRC.
