This month we worked in teams to identify some of the village signs in Cambridgeshire. It proved a challenging task with the winning team scoring 16 out of 32. We learned a lot by examining the illustrations on the signs. The Bluntisham sign highlights the skating on Bury Fen, the Grade1 listed parish Church, the orchards, the war memorial and the barograph where temperature and air pressure are recorded.
