This was our first meeting and we looked briefly at the life cycle of stars and how elements are created during that cycle. We talked about Milankovitch cycles and the effect they have on our climate, We looked at Kepler's laws of motion, our planets motion and season, We had a few minutes to spare at the end of the session and looked at the two slit experiment that demonstrates how light and matter can behave as a wave or a particle.
